The Transport Authority recently appointed a Terminal Operator and an Assistant Terminal Coordinator who will oversee the day to day management of the Constitution River Terminal. With these two officers and junior support staff in place, the Authority will now be able to concentrate much of its resources to dealing with the many complaints from the public, as well as owners, drivers and conductors, about infractions committed by PSV operators.
